In accordance with other independent schools in the area, Newman will begin to notify applicants to Grades 1-12 of their admission decisions on February 10, 2026. For Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten, the notification date is March 10, 2026. Green Trees Early Childhood Village applicants will be notified at the end of January, 2026.
To be assured of timely processing, applications should be submitted as early in the fall as possible.While we will continue to accept applications throughout the year, we encourage you to apply by our recommended application deadline of December 1, 2025.
We will continue to accept applications throughout the year; however, waiting pools are sometimes established after these first notification dates. Please feel free to call with any questions about timing or process.
Applications for different grades will have slightly different processes. Please review the guidelines below for details including information about how to begin an application if you already have a Blackbaud account:

If you have submitted an online inquiry to Newman, registered for an admission event, or your child’s current school uses a Blackbaud platform, please select “Sign In” rather than “Sign Up” and log into iNewman with the same credentials used previously.

You may have to clear your browser history or cache in order to log in. The system will not allow you to be signed into two accounts at the same time.

If you have another child that currently attends Newman, you will use the same credentials to login and submit another application.
