The Isidore Newman School Boys and Girls Swim teams traveled to Sulphur, Louisiana on November 16 to compete in the LHSAA State Championships, and both teams returned champions. Exceeding all expectations, the teams garnered first-place wins in 14 of the 22 events and led in scoring by an incredibly wide margin. With a grand total of 367 points for the boys and 354 for the girls, both teams were more than 200 points ahead of the second-place team. These wins comprise the 79th and 80th State Championships for Isidore Newman School.
