Newman Students Earn Top Honors at Country Day Math Olympiad
Newman fifth and sixth graders competed at the Country Day Math Olympiad this weekend, with one student winning the competition and two others sharing 2nd and 3rd place. Additionally, the sixth grade team won 2nd place in the team competition. The full results are below.
Students were coached by sixth grade math teacher Kate Loescher and fifth grade math teacher Kellie Pitts.
