You should have the app already but if you do not, download "Teambuildr" from the app store.
Previous users click "LOG IN" type in your email and password. Please make sure it is the right one, as a lot of you forget which email you signed up with. You can reset your password if you do not remember.
New users click "EASY JOIN CODE" all caps. Code #1: 62US Code #2: 370G Password: QQ9TOYTJ
From there, you will create an account and have access to the workouts. Day 1 is Monday, day 2 is Wednesday, day 3 is Friday. You do not have to do those workouts on the exact day, it is just listed that way. Click on an exercise and from there you can track your weights and see video examples. If the gym you are using does not have what you need to do something, you can click the exercise, then click "opt out" and choose an alternative.
